Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a driven and strategic Sales Manager to lead and execute sales initiatives for our premium landscaping and FRP planter businesses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the growth of Kaari Planters and our allied landscaping business at Lushvibes.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Conversion:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through R&D and various channels.
  • Engage with builders, architects, interior designers, contractors, and turnkey contractor companies.
  • Follow up on leads from social media, B2B platforms, and internal databases.

Sales Execution & Reporting:

  • Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and present tailored product or service proposals.
  • Share catalogues, pricing, and samples where required.
  • Maintain sales pipeline and update CRM or Excel-based lead trackers.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare performance reports.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Handle client queries, coordinate with back office, and ensure timely deliveries and installations.
  • Ensure a positive client experience from inquiry to project closure.

Coordination & Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the design and operations team to align sales with execution.
  • Liaise with design and marketing team for presentations and promotional activities.
  • Attend exhibitions and industry events as a brand representative.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in interiors, landscaping, or home decor industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficient in MS Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in dealing with HNIs, architects, or real estate clients.
  • Familiarity with premium products and aesthetic design solutions.
  • Knowledge of site-based project sales will be an advantage.
