📍 Locations: Mumbai & Delhi

💼 Experience: 4-7 years (Sales / Retail / Service Industry)

Are you passionate about sales, team leadership, and the fitness and wellness space? We’re looking for a Sales Manager who can drive performance, build strong sales teams, and deliver consistent results.

What you’ll do:

▪️ Train and coach Membership Consultants on the sales cycle, products, pricing, and promotions

▪️ Drive daily sales performance including presentations, appointments, contacts, and closures

▪️ Ensure individual and team sales targets are consistently achieved

▪️ Conduct role-plays, daily goal setting, monthly reviews, and performance appraisals

▪️ Manage sales MIS, reports, trackers, commissions, and outreach plans

▪️ Leverage marketing tools, referral programs, and lead generation campaigns

▪️ Track promotions, guest passes, and campaign effectiveness

▪️ Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities

▪️ Ensure ethical selling practices and sales integrity
