Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive

Experience Required: 5+years

Location: Mumbai (Field + Inside)

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial packaging
• Generate leads through calls, visits, networking, and online research
• Meet distributors, retailers, and manufacturers to understand requirements
• Present product solutions (HDPE/PP woven bags, LDPE bags, liners, shrink film, etc.)
• Prepare and share quotations, follow up, and close orders
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing insights
• Maintain data of visits, inquiries, and sales pipeline
• Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams for smooth execution
• Support marketing activities (catalogs, email campaigns, exhibitions, events)

Requirements:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and WhatsApp communication
• Ability to travel for field visits (local & occasional outstation)
• Confident, self-driven, and target-oriented
• Experience in B2B / industrial sales preferred

Preferred:

• Exposure to packaging, plastics, or manufacturing industry
• Understanding of B2B sales cycles & industrial customers
