Sales & Marketing Executive

As Omni Channel Sales Executive for our jewellery retail store, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, showcasing our exquisite jewellery collections, and driving sales. You will be the face of our brand, ensuring that every customer receives unparalleled service and leaves our store satisfied.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting jewellery pieces aligned with their preferences and budgets.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of product specifications, pricing, and promotions.
• Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Manage stock levels and restock displays as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales counter.
• Build and maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications

Build Omni Channel Sales Online for fine jewellery and achieve sales targets

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or retail management is a plus.
• Proven experience in jewellery sales or luxury retail sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
