Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Description

We are hiring a Sales Executive to manage customer relationships, generate sales, and support day-to-day sales operations in the oil & pulses trading business. The candidate should be confident, target-driven, and skilled in coordination with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Assist senior in daily marketing operations

Generate and manage sales orders for oil & pulses products

Communicate with customers regarding pricing, availability, and delivery schedules

Coordinate with purchase, accounts, and warehouse teams for smooth order execution

Follow up on payments, dispatches, and outstanding orders

Maintain customer database and build long-term client relationships

Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and MIS

Track market rates and share updates with management

Support management in sales planning and business growth initiatives

Skills Needed

Good communication skills (Hindi & English)

Sales-oriented mindset with negotiation skills

Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, and email communication

Ability to follow up consistently and close deals

Organized, proactive, and result-focused

Qualification

HSC / Graduate / Post-Graduate
