Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a consultative sales professional to drive adoption of our Hospital Management software across India. Your goal is to help healthcare providers digitize patient workflows and improve care quality.

What You’ll Do:

• Identify and engage key decision-makers (Medical Directors, IT Heads, Owners) in hospitals and clinics.
• Conduct tailored product demonstrations highlighting ROI and clinical efficiency.
• Manage the full B2B sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure.
• Maintain 100% CRM hygiene for forecasting.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of meeting sales targets in the healthcare or software sector.
• Deep understanding of clinical workflows and hospital procurement cycles.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred for Thane/Mumbai territory).
• Ability to travel locally for client meetings (up to 50%).
