Job Description
REQUIREMENT – Guest Relation Officer / sales executive in-house
Location: Transform Skin & Hair Aesthetic Clinic (Mulund)
Timings: 11 AM – 8 PM (Mon–Sat)
We need a smart, well-spoken female candidate with:
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong phone etiquette & calling confidence
* Reception handling experience preferred
* Data entry & CRM handling (basic computer skills)
* Ability to explain services & packages to clients
* Customer-friendly & sales-driven attitude
* Presentable, proactive & good at follow-ups
Role Responsibilities:
Front desk management, lead calling, client coordination, appointment scheduling, lead follow-ups, package explanation, billing assistance & customer satisfaction.
