Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to generate leads, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, and motivated, with the ability to understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
• Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and orders
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in [industry, e.g., apparel / retail / kidswear / FMCG]
• Field sales or channel sales experience
• Strong customer service orientation
• Willingness to travel, if required
