Job Description

The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, promoting products or services, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role combines field sales activities with marketing initiatives to achieve revenue and brand-building objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Generate leads through field visits, calls, and digital channels
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers

Marketing Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Promote brand awareness through online and offline channels
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities
  • Collect customer feedback and share market insights

Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports
  • Update CRM systems with customer data
  • Coordinate with internal teams (accounts, operations, logistics)
  • Provide regular sales and market performance reports to management

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales and/or marketing (freshers may apply)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
  • Willingness to travel for field sales (if applicable)
