Sales & Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

• Sales and revenue generation: Generate leads, qualify prospects, conduct sales meetings, demonstrate products, and close deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Customer relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensure customer satisfaction, and address inquiries or complaints.
• Territory management: Develop and execute sales strategies for a specific territory, identifying new sales opportunities through market research and networking.
• Reporting and administration: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information in a CRM system, and prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Market and competitor analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and product knowledge to maintain a competitive edge.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, logistics) to ensure timely delivery of products and to support customer requirements.
• Promotional activities: Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other promotional events to network and generate leads.
