Designation: Business Development Executive/Manager

With great pleasure we take this opportunity to introduce Think Hygiene solutions  (P) Ltd as one of the market leaders in specialized cleaning, maintenance & hygiene industry. Established in 1988 with just two employees in the Middle East, today Think Hygiene has grown phenomenally, both in status & rank. We have head quarter in Kuwait and offices in Qatar, Doha.

Head Office in Delhi with Branch office in Mumbai.

 

Role:

Institution Sales / Corporate Sales.

Key responsibilities:

·       -Identify and cultivate prospects and/or clients for Hygiene products (Sanitizers, Hand-wash, Bathroom / Toilet cleaners, Utensil / Glass Cleaners, dispensers, Aroma Diffusers).

·       -Initiate and follow up on new business opportunities.

·       -Lead new business meetings and close sales to institutional clients.

·       -Achieve sales goals, distribution targets and market share through proactive management of the assigned area.

·       -Leverage the organization’s relationship with existing institutional clients by developing and executing proactive, creative, and ongoing contact initiatives.

·       -Collaborate with the internal team on product and sales materials to ensure they are current and focused for the applicable presentation, conference, or opportunity.  

·       -Understanding business partner goals & vision to provide customized & smart hygiene solutions to achieve targets.

·       -Achieving Monthly / Yearly sales targets by both volume and value.


Required Skills-

·       Strong Communication skills including both verbal and written.

·       Ability to socialize, influence and negotiate with others. 

·       Ability to think creatively and strategically.

·       Organizational skills.

·       Self motivation, and the ability to be motivated by target.

·       Basic MS office skills.

·       Strong presentation skills. 

 

 Male Candidate

Qualification- Marketing Graduation, Graduation.

Monthly Salary- 25,000 to 30,000 (Depends on CV, Internship & Interview) for Work Exp- 0 –2  year in direct selling/Field sales/Product Selling/Corporate & institutional Sales).

 

Monthly salary 33,000 to 40,000 (Depends on CV, Internship & Interview) for Work Exp- 3 –4 year in direct selling/Field sales/Product Selling/Corporate & institutional Sales).

 

Note- Preferable residential location of candidates- from Dahisar to Santacruz / Western Line suburbs
