Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell automation and lighting solutions across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The role involves developing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving market growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Sales

  • Promote and sell automation systems and lighting solutions (smart lighting, building automation, energy-efficient solutions)
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with consultants, architects, contractors, and end users
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and tenders in coordination with technical teams
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets
  • Manage key accounts and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and market trends

Marketing

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and product visibility
  • Coordinate product launches, campaigns, and promotional activities
  • Support digital marketing efforts (website content, social media, email campaigns)
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging trends
  • Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events
  • Work closely with vendors and partners for joint marketing initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing within automation, lighting, electrical, or building technologies
  • Strong understanding of automation systems, smart lighting, and energy-efficient solutions
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel as required

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with BMS, KNX, DALI, IoT, or smart home systems
  • Established network with consultants, developers, and contractors
  • Technical background or ability to understand system designs and specifications
