About Us

Clivo Ventures is a Mumbai-based AI software and hardware startup building the next generation of business tools for Indian SMBs — from CRM and PMS to AI-powered surveillance and HR. Our sister brand SolvTree is an AI operations consultancy helping Indian businesses automate using the latest AI workflows.

What You'll Do

You'll be the front line for both brands — Clivo (B2B SaaS) and SolvTree (AI consulting). Your week will look like a mix of outbound prospecting, follow-ups, demos, proposal support, and social media execution.

On the sales side you'll identify and reach out to SMB decision-makers (hotel owners, retailers, factory managers, CA firms), qualify leads, run discovery calls, coordinate demos with the founding team, and follow up relentlessly until deals close. On the marketing side you'll manage our Instagram and LinkedIn presence, write copy for posts and campaigns, execute WhatsApp broadcast campaigns, and help us show up consistently across channels.


What We're Looking For

You don't need to come from a tech background — but you need to be genuinely curious about AI and comfortable explaining it simply to a business owner who has never used it. You should be comfortable making cold calls and sending cold emails without needing to be pushed. You should have strong written Hindi and English — a lot of our communication is bilingual. You should be hungry — this role has a performance component and we reward people who close.

Prior experience in SaaS sales, digital marketing, inside sales, or B2B outreach of any kind is a plus. Freshers with exceptional communication and drive will be considered.
