Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Sales Professional to drive growth within our specialized Food Ingredients division. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling high-quality flavors, cocoa powders, and chocolate compounds to B2B clients, including bakeries, confectioneries, beverage manufacturers, and dairy producers.

The ideal candidate possesses a "foodie" soul with a hunter’s mindset—someone who understands the technical nuances of taste and can articulate the value of our ingredients in a client’s final recipe.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Identify and acquire new B2B accounts across the food and beverage industry.

• Consultative Selling: Work closely with clients’ R&D and Procurement teams to provide customized flavor solutions that meet their specific sensory and budgetary requirements.

• Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends to position our products effectively.

• Relationship Management: Maintain and scale existing accounts through consistent follow-ups, technical support, and superior service.

• Sales Pipeline: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from cold calling and sampling to price negotiation and closing.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field.

• Experience: 1 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within food ingredients, FMCG, or chemicals.

• Technical Savvy: Ability to understand and explain technical specifications Communication: Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills; ability to "sell the dream" of a finished gourmet product.

• Travel: Willingness to travel to visit client manufacturing sites and attend industry trade shows.
