Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to expand our B2B sales channels, focusing on the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes) sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG sales with at least 1 year of experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow B2B sales channels, focusing on HORECA clients, wholesalers, and institutional buyers.
  • Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities in the food and beverage sector.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Present and promote Arkoun Farms' range of hydroponic vegetables, fruits, and salads, emphasizing their health benefits and sustainability.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms to close deals successfully.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, production, and logistics) to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in the HORECA sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Passion for sustainability, health, and innovative food solutions is a plus.
