 Job Description – Sales Executive (Resale & Rental Market)We are looking for a driven Sales Executive to manage and grow the resale and rental Vertical within the BelleVie ecosystem.

  •  Key ResponsibilitiesHandle resale and rental property listings within assigned societies/clusters
  • Connect with flat owners, tenants, and channel partners (brokers)
  • Generate leads for buying, selling, and leasing properties
  • Assist customers through the end-to-end transaction lifecycle (site visits, negotiations, closures)
  • Maintain updated inventory of available resale & rental units
  • Ensure quick turnaround on client queries and site visit coordination
  • Build strong relationships with society committees and residents
  • Drive revenue through closures and repeat business
  •  Requirements2–5 years experience in real estate resale / rental / brokerage
  • Strong understanding of local property market trends
  • Good network of brokers / agents (preferred)
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and listings simultaneously
  • Comfortable with field work and site visits
  •  Preferred SkillsKnowledge of Mumbai real estate micro-markets
  • Experience in high-end / premium residential properties
  • Basic understanding of documentation & rental agreements

  • Pitch BelleVie Rental & Resale services to potential clients
  • Build long-term relationships with stakeholders
  • Convert leads into closures and achieve sales targets
  • Extensive travel across Mumbai for client meetings
  •  Requirements2–6 years of experience in sales / business development
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • High energy, self-driven, and target-oriented
  • Comfortable with field sales (90% on-ground role)
