Job Description:
The Marketing & Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role requires a blend of traditional marketing expertise and digital proficiency, tailored to the specific dynamics of the particular sector, which can involve both B2B and B2C markets.

Key Responsibilities:
1- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement overarching marketing plans that align with the company's business objectives, market dynamics, and target audience needs.
2- Brand Management: Define and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity and positioning across all channels, from traditional print to digital platforms.
3- Market Research & Analysis: Oversee research into market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and inform strategy.
4- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns (including print, digital, email, social media, and events) to generate
leads and drives sales.
5- Product Marketing: Collaborate with product development teams to position new paper products or printing services effectively in the market, crafting compelling
messaging and go-to-market strategies.
6- Content Creation Oversight: Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, press releases, and digital content, ensuring
accuracy and brand consistency.
7- Digital Transformation: Lead the integration of advanced marketing technologies (MarTech, CRM, analytics platforms) to enhance personalization, optimize campaign
performance, and improve customer experience.
8- Budget Management & ROI: Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to achieve maximum return on investment (ROI), and using data analytics
to track performance and inform decision-making.
9- Leadership & Collaboration: Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team and collaborate closely with other C-suite executives (CEO, CFO, Sales, Operations) to ensure marketing initiatives align with broader business goals.
10- Public Relations & Stakeholder Relations: Manage the company's public image and build relationships with media, vendors, and industry partners.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
1- Experience: Extensive proven experience (typically minimum 02 years) in Sales & Marketing roles, preferably within the particular industry.
2- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and translate broad business objectives into actionable, long-term marketing plans.
3- Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis capabilities to interpret market data, track performance metrics (KPIs), and make informed decisions.
4- Leadership: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire teams, manage cross-functional projects, and represent the company externally.
5- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the paper and printing industry landscape, including B2B customer needs, supply chain dynamics, and regulatory
requirements.
6- Creativity and Innovation: A creative mindset to develop innovative marketing solutions and campaigns that differentiate the company in a competitive market.
7- Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
CTC:
Rs.30k To Rs.70k with Incentives & Travelling Allowance.
