About Steel Gems:

Steel Gems is an ISO Certified steel trading company based in Mumbai, supplying Pipes, Tubes, Fittings, Flanges, Bars, Plates, and Structural materials across India and globally. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales & Marketing Executive from the steel industry to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new client leads from industries such as EPC, Oil & Gas, Pharma, Fabricators, and Infrastructure

• Contact potential clients via calls, WhatsApp, and emails

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Obtain enquiries and understand customer requirements

• Prepare and send quotations to clients

• Regular follow-up with clients for enquiries and order confirmation

• Coordinate with internal team for order processing

• Follow-up for payments and maintain payment records

• Maintain customer database and sales reports

• Handle day-to-day sales and office coordination work

Requirements:

• Must have prior experience in the steel industry (mandatory)

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Email, and WhatsApp communication

• Ability to generate business and achieve sales targets

• Self-motivated and result-oriented
