Location: Thakur Complex, Kandivali East, Mumbai

KINDLY NOTE Working Hours: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM.

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and confident Sales Counsellor to join our Dance, Fitness & Yoga Studio in Thakur Complex, Kandivali East. The role involves handling inquiries, counselling potential clients, generating local leads, and converting them into memberships for our dance, Zumba, yoga, and fitness programs.

Preference will be given to female candidates with strong communication skills and interest in the fitness industry.

Key Responsibilities

Handle walk-in inquiries and membership counselling at the studio.

Call and follow up on all enquiries/leads received through social media, phone, and other platforms.

Generate leads from the local area (Thakur Complex and nearby localities) by networking, outreach, and inviting people to try sessions.

Explain fitness programs, class schedules, and membership packages to potential clients.

Convert enquiries into paid memberships through effective communication and sales skills.

Maintain lead data and follow-up records.

Assist in building a strong fitness community by bringing new members to the studio.

Coordinate with trainers and management for smooth member onboarding.

Requirements

Good English communication skills are compulsory.

Strong sales, convincing, and counselling skills.

Prior experience in gym, yoga studio, dance studio, Zumba studio, or fitness industry preferred.

Ability to handle calls, enquiries, and local outreach.

Positive, energetic personality with customer service mindset.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on skills and experience)

Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives on membership sales that can additionally add more 10,000 to 15,000
