About the RoleWe are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to drive business growth, manage customer relationships, and execute effective marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should be target-driven, proactive, and skilled in both sales and marketing activities.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sales and marketing strategies
• Generate leads through field sales, digital marketing, and referrals
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Promote company services and convert leads into sales
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
• Coordinate with internal teams for service delivery and client satisfaction
• Track performance and maintain sales reports and MIS
• Required SkillsStrong sales, marketing, and negotiation skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of lead generation and client acquisition
• Basic understanding of digital marketing / promotions
