Sales & Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities  Generate international leads through B2B portals (Alibaba, TradeIndia, Global Sources, etc.)  Develop and manage export sales in Europe & USA markets  Have strong knowledge of Europe and US market trends, buyer behavior, and compliance requirements  Identify potential distributors, importers, wholesalers, and retail chains in overseas markets  Handle both B2B (distributors, bulk buyers, wholesalers) and B2C (retail & online buyers) sales strategies  Prepare export quotations and negotiate pricing & payment terms  Coordinate with production and logistics team for smooth export dispatch  Assist in export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO, etc.)  Maintain strong follow-up with overseas clients  Achieve monthly export sales and revenue targets  Conduct competitor analysis for Europe & US markets  Ensure timely payment collection from international clients Target & Performance  Monthly export sales target achievement  New country market development  Repeat order generation  Timely payment collection
