Job Summary
Familycare Consumer Pvt Ltd is hiring a target-oriented and energetic Sales Officer for its Diaper Division in Mumbai. The candidate should be capable of building strong relationships with distributors and retailers, generating new business, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Visit retailers and distributors for order booking.
- Expand market coverage by adding new outlets.
- Ensure product availability and proper display at stores.
- Monitor competitor activities and submit daily sales reports.
Requirements
Minimum Qualification: HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate).
Experience: 1–3 years in FMCG / Diaper / Hygiene sales preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of mobile reporting / computer use.
- Willingness to travel within Mumbai for field sales.
