Reports to: Area Sales Executive (ASE) / Area Sales Manager (ASM)

Job Purpose:

Support the Area Sales team in driving secondary sales, ensuring product availability, and maintaining high visibility of the Softsens baby care portfolio (shampoos, lotions, wipes, etc.) across modern trade, general trade and key accounts.

Candidate Profile:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: 0–2 years in FMCG / Personal Care / Baby Care secondary sales preferred.
• Skills & Attributes:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport with retail staff and distributors
• Basic analytical skills and comfort with mobile-based reporting tools
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and willing to travel extensively within the territory
