Job Description

We are hiring Field Sales Executives for Current Account (CA) and Savings Account (SA) acquisition. The role involves field-based sales activities, customer acquisition, and onboarding of new clients as per banking guidelines.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAcquire Current Accounts and Savings Accounts through field sales activities
• Visit customers, merchants, SMEs, and corporate clients for account opening
• Generate leads through door-to-door visits, market mapping, and referrals
• Explain banking products, features, and benefits to customers
• Complete KYC documentation and ensure accurate account onboarding
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Coordinate with branch teams for smooth account activation
• Maintain MIS and update leads in systems
