Sales Officer_credit Cards

Job Overview:

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented individuals to join our team as Credit Card Sales Executives. The role involves acquiring new customers through open market channels and achieving assigned sales targets. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

Acquire new customers for credit cards through open market sourcing

Conduct field sales activities, including cold calling and lead generation

Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria to potential customers

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base

Ensure proper documentation and follow compliance guidelines

Provide basic after-sales support to customers

Functional Competencies:

Willingness to travel extensively for field sales

Ability to interact with new customers daily

Basic understanding of sales processes (training will be provided for freshers)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good negotiation and persuasion abilities

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Minimum 12th pass (Experience Mandatory) / Graduate preferred

Experience:

0–3 years of experience in sales (banking/financial services preferred)
