Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Promoter with experience in lingerie/innerwear retail for Marks & Spencer stores. The role involves assisting customers, driving sales, and ensuring an excellent in-store shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting lingerie products based on their preferences and requirements
• Provide product knowledge, including size, fit, fabric, and styling
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Maintain store display and visual merchandising standards
• Handle billing support and basic store operations when required
• Manage stock availability and coordinate for replenishment
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat visits

Required Skills

• Prior experience in lingerie / innerwear / apparel retail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer handling and sales skills
• Good grooming and presentation
• Ability to work in retail shifts (including weekends)

Education

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate

Preferred Candidates

• Experience in brands like lingerie / apparel retail chains
• Exposure to premium retail environments
• Local language proficiency (depending on location)
