  • 🛒 1. In-store Sales PromotionActively promote company products to walk-in customers
  • Explain product features, benefits, price & offers

  • Encourage trial & repeat purchase
  • 📦 2. Product Display & MerchandisingEnsure proper shelf placement as per planogram
  • Maintain attractive displays (racks, dump bins, gondolas)
  • Keep products clean, front-facing & well-stocked
  • Remove damaged or expired stock
  • 📊 3. Stock MonitoringTrack daily stock availability at the outlet
  • Inform salesman / distributor about low stock or OOS
  • Help in indent planning for fast-moving SKUs

  • Support retailer during schemes, activations & sampling
