Job Description
š Hiring: In-Store Promoters (Non-Electronics Vertical)
š Location: Mumbai
We are looking for energetic and result-oriented professionals to drive EMI business growth across non-electronics categories like Furniture, Health & Wellness, Fashion, Lifestyle, Travel & Education for Pay-Later business. (Credit Card / Debit Card EMIs)
š Eligibility Criteria:
ā Graduate (Mandatory)
ā Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales / BFSI / merchant acquisition
ā Comfortable with daily field visits (10 stores per day)
ā Two Wheeler (Mandatory)
šÆ Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct EMI training sessions for store staff
* Pitch EMI options directly to walk-in customers
* Educate store managers about EMI benefits & business growth
* Drive awareness and increase EMI penetration in assigned stores
š° Salary: ā¹23000/- per month + Travelling Allowance: ā¹3,000 + Incentives based on performance +Pf+ Medical
