About the Role

Here’s the thing. We’re not looking for someone who just sends messages and waits. We want a recruiter who actually understands tech roles, knows how to talk to engineers, has great English communication skills, and can close positions without hand-holding. 

You’ll work directly with clients, hiring managers, and candidates across multiple technologies. Your job is simple to explain and hard to do well: find good people, build trust, and fill roles fast without compromising quality.

What You’ll Do

• Work on technical roles across IT, Sales, Engineering, Product, Data, and Emerging tech
• Understand job requirements deeply, not just copy-paste JDs
• Source candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and creative search methods
• Screen candidates for technical basics, communication, and role fit
• Coordinate interviews, follow up, and keep the process moving
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles
• Share honest feedback with clients and candidates
• Manage multiple roles at the same time without dropping the ball

What We’re Looking For

• 1–5 years of experience in recruiting or IT staffing, Phone Sales.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean searches
• Comfortable talking to candidates and hiring managers
• Strong English communication, both written and spoken
• Organized, responsive, and accountable
• Ability to work in a fast-moving recruitment environment
• Experience recruiting for US, UK, or global clients is a plus.
