Job Responsibilities 

• Source new customers for home loans through field visits, referrals, and tie-ups with builders, property dealers, and real estate agents. (Open Market Sourcing) 
• EMI Calculation, and Foyer Knowledge.  
• Meet potential clients to understand their financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products. 
• Achieve assigned sales and disbursement targets. 
• Ensure customer satisfaction and proper documentation of loan files. 
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan processing. 
• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and ensure timely conversion. 

Skills:  Good communication and interpersonal skills. 

             Understanding of home loan products and processes. 

             Ability to work in a target-driven environment. 

             Self-motivated and proactive.
