'Kkala' Institute is looking for a dynamic Junior Sales Representative who can turn inquiries into enrollments and conversations into long-term student relationships.

If you love speaking to people, understanding their aspirations, and helping them take the first step toward their creative journey — this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

1. Contact prospective students, based on the assigned targets, through outbound calls using inquiry databases and social media leads
2. Qualify leads by understanding course interest, budget, and enrollment timeline
3. Provide accurate information on courses, fees, schedules, and benefits
4. Follow up regularly and convert qualified leads into trial bookings, visits, or enrollments
5. Promote workshops and events at Kkala to existing and past leads and improve audience
6. Maintain and update CRM daily, including lead status and revenue tracking
7. Manage lead pipeline (Hot/Warm/Cold) and re-engage inactive leads
8. Share weekly insights on conversions, barriers, customer feedback, and demand trends

Requirements:

1. Strong communication skills and confidence in phone-based interactions. 
2. Basic CRM/Excel skills and organized work approach. 
3. Freshers with a data-driven approach and strong communication skills may apply.
