Job Description & Compensation Structure


Position Title: Sales Executive / Sales & Site In-Charge – Retail & Office Interiors

Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent

Department: Sales & Business Development

Industry: Engineering & Construction (Interior Design/ Retail Design)



Key Responsibilities:

. Sales & Revenue Generation (Approx. 75%)·      Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.

·      Generate leads through networking, referrals, and outreach.

·      Conduct client meetings and commercial discussions.

·      Coordinate proposals, estimates, and BOQs with design team.

·      Drive negotiations while protecting minimum 15% margin.

·      Close deals and ensure steady monthly collections.

·      Own payment follow-ups and collection realization.

·      Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly targets.


2. Site Coordination & Execution Oversight (Approx.

25%)

·      Conduct site visits during key milestones.

·      Ensure execution aligns with approved scope and commitments.

·      Coordinate with designers, project managers, and vendors.

·      Escalate scope changes or margin risks proactively.

·      Support resolution of on-site issues impacting payments.


Compensation StructureFixed Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month (based on experience).

Monthly Performance Incentive (Collection-Based)Slab 1: ₹30L–₹39L → 0.3% of total collections

Slab 2: ₹40L–₹50L → 0.5% of total collections

Slab 3: Above ₹50L → 0.7% of total collections

·      Incentive Conditions:

Applicable only on collections received.

Minimum 15% gross margin must be maintained.

Minimum 80% client payment realization.

Payable in the following month after reconciliation.

Quarterly Performance BonusQuarterly Target: ₹1.5 Crore (₹50L average per month)

100% Achievement → ₹15,000 Bonus

110% Achievement → ₹25,000 Bonus

120%+ Achievement → ₹40,000 Bonus


Restrictive Covenants (Summary)All intellectual property, pricing models, client data, vendor structures, and pipeline clients remain exclusive property of Sheriden SA. Confidentiality obligations survive indefinitely. Non-solicitation of clients, employees, and vendors applies for 12 months post-separation. Company reserves right to place employee on garden leave during notice period.
