Job Description
- Visit premium hospitals, clinics, and healthcare centers on a regular basis
- Promote and explain loan products (equipment loans, working capital loans, personal/business loans, etc.) to healthcare professionals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospital administrators, and decision-makers
- Generate leads through referrals and institutional tie-ups
- Coordinate with internal credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversion
- Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, and conversions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Represent the company professionally and enhance brand presence in the healthcare segment
