Sales Staff (In Shop)

The Sales Staff is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products or services, maintaining good customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves assisting customers, identifying their needs, providing product information, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience.

• Key Responsibilities:Greet customers and assist them in finding products or services that meet their needs.
• Demonstrate and explain product features and benefits to customers.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products, promotions, and pricing.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Prepare and process sales transactions accurately (cash, credit, or online).
• Ensure products are well displayed, stocked, and properly labeled.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to the supervisor.
• Participate in promotional activities or events as assigned.
• Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly sales reports.
• Adhere to company policies, sales procedures, and ethical standards.
