Position: Sales Support Executive Location: Goregaon West, New Link Road, MumbaiSalary: ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month + Incentives

About the Role

We are hiring Sales Support Executives for our back office team at Nidhi Decor. You will be the key point of contact for customers, handling complaints, resolving tickets, and ensuring smooth coordination between teams to deliver the best customer experience. Complete training and product knowledge will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
• Manage and close customer support tickets
• Coordinate with internal teams to find solutions and fulfill customer requirements
• Provide accurate product information and guidance to customers
• Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully resolved
• Maintain records of all interactions, complaints, and resolutions
• Support the sales team by ensuring smooth after-sales service

Work Timings

• Shift: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Lunch Break: 45 minutes
• 2 Paid Leave in a Month + Festival Leave Granted
