Sales Support Executive

Job Responsibilities:

1. Outbound & Inbound Calls: Promote LabEasy’s services, handle customer inquiries, and schedule appointments.

2. Lead Management: Follow up on leads, update CRM systems, and ensure successful conversions.

3. Client Relations: Build positive client relationships and assist with bookings and queries.

4. Target Achievement: Meet call and sales targets to earn performance-based incentives.

5. Coordination: Work with sales and operations teams for seamless service delivery.

6. Data Handling: Maintain accurate records of interactions and client details.

7. Feedback & Improvement: Attend training, stay updated on services, and report customer feedback to management.
