·        Performance Monitoring: Tracking and analyzing team performance metrics.

·        Customer Engagement Strategy: Helping your team tailor solutions based on customer needs

·        Motivating & Retaining Talent: Keeping the team motivated and reducing attrition.

·        Coordination with Management: Reporting progress and aligning with company

goals.
