Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day salon operations
• Handle client appointments and ensure a smooth customer experience
• Supervise and support the salon team
• Maintain inventory and place product orders
• Resolve customer issues politely
• Achieve sales and membership targets
• Maintain salon cleanliness and safety standards
• Handle billing, cash registers and daily reports
Requirements:
• Experience in salon management is preferred
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Customer-friendly attitude
• Basic knowledge of salon software
• Willing to work on weekends and peak hours
