Job Role: SBI Life Insurance – Sales Executive

Job Description:

Hiring for SBI Life Insurance role for HSC and Graduate candidates with a minimum of 6 months BPO experience. Candidates must be comfortable communicating in English and working in a sales environment. Immediate joining required.

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month + incentives (based on last drawn salary)

Shift Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Job Description:

We are hiring candidates for SBI Life Insurance. Eligible candidates must have completed HSC or Graduation with a minimum of 6 months experience in BPO. The role involves handling sales activities, interacting with customers, and promoting insurance products. Candidates should have good communication skills in English and be comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact and engage with potential customers

Explain and promote life insurance products

Achieve sales targets and maintain performance metrics

Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions

Maintain records of calls and sales activities

Eligibility Criteria:

HSC / Graduate

Minimum 6 months BPO experience

Good English communication skills

Comfortable with sales

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month + incentives (based on last drawn salary)

Shift Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Weekly Off: Rotational 1 day off
