Job Description

Role Summary As a Screener at Artius Interior Products Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for scouting, mapping, and screening residential construction projects across the West India region. Based in Mumbai, this role plays a critical part in the business development lifecycle by identifying high-potential projects and qualifying them before handing over validated leads to the Inside Sales team.

  • Key Responsibilities Identify and track upcoming and ongoing residential construction projects across West India.
  • Conduct market research to map new developments, builders, developers, and project pipelines.
  • Screen projects based on relevance, scale, timelines, and alignment with Artius’ product offerings.
  • Collect and validate key project details such as location, project size, stage of construction, and decision-makers.
  • Maintain an updated project database and pipeline with accurate information.
  • Share qualified and verified leads with the Inside Sales team for further follow-up and conversion.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely handover and clarity on project requirements.
  • Monitor regional real estate and construction trends to proactively identify new opportunities.
  • Required Skills & Competencies Strong research and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to validate information
  • Understanding of the real estate and residential construction market
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage and update data systematically (Excel/CRM preferred)
  • Preferred Qualifications Graduate in any discipline (Civil / Architecture background is a plus)
  • 1–3 years of experience in market research, real estate scouting, or lead generation
  • Prior exposure to construction, interiors, or building materials industry is an advantage
