Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Office Administrator to manage daily office operations, coordinate client calls, maintain CRM records, and handle basic accounts tasks. The role includes managing documentation, scheduling, customer follow-ups, updating lead and service data in CRM, preparing invoices and quotations, tracking payments, and supporting internal coordination between teams. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic accounting knowledge, proficiency in MS Office and CRM software, and the ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
