Job Description: Personal Assistant to Founder – Zenia Hospitality & Creative Ventures


Location: Mumbai (In-Person Role)

Work Schedule: Full-Time, Flexible Hours

Role Overview:


We are looking for a responsible and proactive Personal Assistant to support the founder in managing daily operations, scheduling, and communication across multiple businesses. The role requires someone who is well-organized, reliable, and can handle both administrative and creative tasks efficiently.


A strong interest in design, aesthetics, and storytelling would be a plus, as many projects involve creative input in themed Airbnbs, hospitality spaces, and branding.


Key Responsibilities:


✅ Administrative & Executive Support


Manage the founder’s schedule, meetings, and communication.


Handle emails, calls, and coordination with clients, vendors, and internal teams.


Organize documents, reports, and project-related materials.


Conduct research and assist in decision-making.



✅ Operations & Coordination


Oversee daily activities across Airbnbs, hospitality, and event spaces.


Coordinate with housekeeping, vendors, and staff to ensure smooth operations.


Assist with bookings, events, and project timelines.



✅ Creative Involvement (Preferred but Not Mandatory)


Provide input on design, branding, and themed Airbnb concepts.


Coordinate with designers, vendors, and artists as needed.


Assist with photography, content organization, or branding efforts.



Who You Are:


Highly organized and able to handle multiple responsibilities.


Strong communicator with good follow-up skills.


Reliable and proactive, capable of working independently.


Comfortable with basic tech tools (Google Workspace, task management apps).


Interest in design and hospitality is a plus.



Preferred Experience:


Prior experience in admin, operations, or personal assistance.


Background in hospitality, design, or creative industries is an advantage but not required.
