Job Description

Manage and organize the Managing Director’s calendar, meetings, and travel schedules.

Follow up on assigned tasks with team members to ensure timely completion.

Handle email correspondence and coordinate with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Prepare and maintain MIS reports, Excel trackers, and dashboards.

Assist in creating presentations, documentation, and performing basic data analysis.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure smooth information flow    across departments.
