Job Description

  • Calendar & Email Management: Proactively manage the director’s diary, prioritizing meetings, resolving scheduling conflicts, and handling high-volume email correspondence
  • Strategic Communication: Act as the primary point of contact, screening calls and liaising with staff, clients, and board members
  • Documentation & Reporting: Draft, edit, and format reports, memos, and PowerPoint presentations
  • Travel & Logistics: Arrange complex travel itineraries, accommodation, and expense tracking
  • Meeting Support: Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Confidentiality: Maintain strict discretion regarding company, employee, and financial information
