- Calendar & Email Management: Proactively manage the director’s diary, prioritizing meetings, resolving scheduling conflicts, and handling high-volume email correspondence
- Strategic Communication: Act as the primary point of contact, screening calls and liaising with staff, clients, and board members
- Documentation & Reporting: Draft, edit, and format reports, memos, and PowerPoint presentations
- Travel & Logistics: Arrange complex travel itineraries, accommodation, and expense tracking
- Meeting Support: Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Confidentiality: Maintain strict discretion regarding company, employee, and financial information
