Security Area Officer

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Patrolling and Inspection: Conducting regular, random, or scheduled patrols of the assigned area, including parking lots and building perimeters, to detect signs of intrusion or hazards.
• Access Control: Monitoring entrances and exits, verifying visitor IDs, maintaining logs, and securing doors and windows.
• Surveillance and Monitoring: Operating CCTV systems and alarm monitoring equipment to detect irregularities and ensure real-time security.
• Incident Response: Promptly responding to disturbances, alarms, and emergencies, including contacting law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.
• Reporting and Documentation: Preparing detailed reports on daily activities, incidents, and maintenance issues to inform management.
• Enforcement of Procedures: Upholding safety policies, enforcing regulations, and detaining violators if needed.
