Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and motivate a team of 10–15 sales executives.
  • Build and optimize the sales process (calling, follow-up, counseling, closures).
  • Ensure daily monitoring of leads, calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Set weekly/monthly targets; track performance and deliver results.
  • Train the team on product knowledge (NMIMS + BIA programs), objection handling, and pitch.
  • Conduct one-on-one sessions, role plays, and sales reviews.
  • Coordinate with marketing to improve lead quality and conversion.
  • Handle escalated client concerns and ensure smooth admissions.
  • Prepare management reports and MIS.
