Job Title: Senior Accounts ManagerEmployment Type: On-Roll / Full-Time

CTC: ₹2.5 LPA – ₹5 LPA + Performance Incentives

Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Manager to handle day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in GST, Tally, billing, and payroll processes, and be capable of independently managing accounts functions.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and manage books of accounts using accounting software
• Handle GST filings, compliance, and reconciliations
• Manage billing, invoicing, and receivables/payables tracking
• Process employee salary and payroll records
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and MIS
• Ensure accuracy in ledger entries and documentation
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and management
• Monitor statutory compliance and maintain records
• Support budgeting and financial planning activities
• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience: 3–7 years in accounting/finance role
• Strong knowledge of:

• Tally or similar accounting software
• Payroll processing
• Good analytical and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and coordination abilities
