Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain complete books of accounts using Spectrum accounting software
• Record and review sales, purchase, expense, and journal entries
• Prepare and verify tax invoices, credit/debit notes, Proforma Invoices (PI) and Purchase Orders (PO)
• Handle GST compliances including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation, and annual returns
• Prepare data and coordinate for Income Tax returns, TDS, and statutory filings
• Bank entries, bank reconciliation, and cash flow monitoring
• Prepare Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss account, Trial Balance, and MIS reports
• Perform basic financial analysis, margin tracking, and cost monitoring
• Coordinate with CA, auditors, banks, and consultants
• Handle export documentation, invoices, packing lists, and compliance paperwork
• Monitor receivables, payables, and working capital

Requirements

• B.Com / M.Com / CA-Inter preferred
• Strong working knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, and accounting compliance
• Experience in trading / import–export / chemical industry preferred
• Proficient in Excel, MIS reporting, and accounting controls
• High accuracy, ownership, and ability to work independently
