Job Title: Senior Accountant

Location: Malad East

Education: B.com , M.com

Salary: ₹70,000 - ₹75,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team at our Head Office in Malad East. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, preferably from an education background, and have experience working with Charitable Trusts. You will be responsible for daily accounting, TDS compliance, coordinating with banks, preparing MIS reports, and handling financial statements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Daily accounting and maintaining financial records

2. Ensuring TDS compliance and filing returns

3. Coordinating with banks for payments and reconciliations

4. Preparing MIS reports for senior management

5. Preparation of Profit and Loss account and Balance Sheet for Charitable Trust

6. School fees reconciliation

7. Proficient in Excel, including formulas like VLOOKUP, SUMIF, and PIVOT

Requirements:

- CA/ICWA or equivalent qualification

- 5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role

- Good knowledge of Charitable Trusts and their accounting requirements

- Education background preferred

- Excellent Excel skills

- Strong analytical and communication skills
