Senior Accountant

1. Review and verify PO/estimates and ensure accurate entries in the PO/Estimate as well as

Expense sheet.

2. Re-check invoices and PO/estimates to ensure correctness and compliance.

3. Compare expenses with approved estimates and highlight variances.

4. Review and verify employee expense claims and supporting documents.

5. Perform data entry in Excel after completing all checks and verifications.

6. Maintain and update the Fixed Assets Acquisition Register.

7. Download, compile, and prepare GSTR-2B data for reconciliation.

8. Pass accounting entries in Tally and ensure proper ledger maintenance.

9. Prepare staff investment declarations and verify actual investment proofs.

10. Conduct monthly TDS verification and reconciliation.

11. Reconcile expense sheet with Tally accounting data.

12. Prepare daily vendor payment sheet and track payment status.

13. Send payment advice to all vendors on a daily basis.

14. Prepare Form 15CB & 15CA for foreign remittance.

15. Maintain Forex In Exchange and Cash In Hand.

16. Responsible for maintaining, organizing, and updating monthly data records on

OneDrive.
